Service Description

Everyone that enjoys a vigorous and intuitive practice is welcome in this advanced class, it won't matter how much you can or cannot do, I will adapt transitions until you become fluent, each circuit added may contain a nidra or meditation, the intention is mastery. These sequences require a thorough demonstration of fierceness, by this point we are not in fear of ourselves, or our failings. Recommendation: You are a veteran, what do you care what I recommend. Masterfully accept and own your abilities.
