A YOGA CLASS FOR EVERYONE

Anandasura offers ONLINE-based as well as OUTDOOR classes around Ayrshire. These classes focus on the potential of your spirit, whether by flow of continuous movement, or a sequence of static and bound postures. Stillness and peace is paramount regardless of the class-style, to combine breath with physical endurance, while learning to acknowledge neutralilty, is a fine basis for life in any regard. Harmony within goes hand in hand with an energy-building routine, this way we embrace a more complete state internally and externally, that's what unites us through this evolutionary practice. All Online, Prestwick and/or Ayr based yoga classes in South Ayrshire are geared toward developing our relationship between body, mind & spirit, whether it's a Hatha class, or Restorative one, it's important to remember that everything taught here, is the same in essence, just at differing levels of awareness, because authentic yoga is always dancing around the same innate meaning. Namaste ॐ

Beginners

Yoga will show us how to break past barriers, how to endure through strife, but also to overcome negative outlooks and see the beauty in the nature of everything. That's how you've arrived here, because being ready for those fruits of consciousness, require you to first prepare the body to handle the course of action your life is about to take. This course will develop your tolerrance, your mobility and teach you how to integrate yourself fully.

Intermediate
(Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga)

This class brings our focus to the play between body mind & consciousness. We'll engage the fundamentals of our reality -the body. Through breath & movement we'll address our physical habits, how we can alter that state to improve our emotional responses; all of this is being processed while our bodies undergo a rigorous routine of asanas purifying our nervous system while using the ancient method of Ujjaii (victorious breath.)

Advanced

Sequencing that flows like a circuit. The practice of fluidity that combine breath with movement, warming our bodies internally, which allow the muscles to loosen, and nadis (energy channels) to purify through our unique flow, we begin to incorporate static holding points that teach us patience through the seamless transitioning from posture to posture and back again to moments of peace, endurance & realisation. ॐ
