ANANDASURA
Namaksar. Brahmacharya is a daunting path to walk, but a path one takes when the essence of human experience is realised at least once. The journey is one of consideration and humility. Knowing the path is merely philosophical, we will never see true growth through this gesture, but a glimpse of enlightenment; and therefore to walk the path is the ultimate sembahyang (offering) one can make to the highest self. Brahmacharya is the preservation of the physical aspect, and the temperance of the mental and emotional aspects which elevate us beyond compassion and our worldly path, toward an 'ojas' (ozone/subtle energy)-rich 'tapasya' (austere practice) which of itself contains the relentless seed of all knowledge obtained and practically explored during our sadhana (journey inward.) Therefore my friends, I recognise you as an external manifestation of my internal world, beautifully pure, and respond thus, Namaste ॐ

Whilst setting up a centre of operations in yoga teaching the meaning of Purusha, by what is now Anandasura, in the many beautiful regions of United Kingdom, like Kendal in the Lake Distrcict, Prestwick & Ayr, South Ayrshire since 2016; I too have begun to live another specific journey of self-awareness and mindfulness, a rich and self-observing mauna (vow of silence) where one realises the wholeness of actions and reaps the seeds of their own doing. Periodically, when Mars enters the 12th house, meditation and reflection begins. Now more than a decade after my first entrancing experience with this spiritual subject matter, the clarity of purpose is well-defined. Indeed by practicing yoga, the spirit can consciously guide the body and mind, and other external matters in conscious living. ॐ

YOGA – EXERCISE THE BODY AND MIND
Yoga is differentiated from any other exercise by its focus on consciousness and spirituality. It is not a simple physical exertion of energy, but an exercise of the spirit. As we move and advance, so does our spirit. Calling poses by their Sanskrit names, give yoga students insight which resonates intrinsically with their evolving human journey as they become immersed in the true spiritual wealth and meaning of yoga.

HOW DO I BEGIN MY YOGA JOURNEY?
The journey begins in breathing.
Breathing in consciously opens us to the present, whilst breathing out consciously creates space physically & mentally. The resulting expanse makes way for nourishing interactions with those around us. If you are looking to open your mind, body, and spirit to the healing nature of yoga, alignment with our highest principles will strengthen our yoga practice, These teachings are not just about well-being anymore, they're about the consistency and perseverence of our bhakti yoga.
